1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using llmarifa's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on llmarifa's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials;
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display;
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software or technology;
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notations;
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

3. Service Description

llmarifa provides AI-powered knowledge management and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time without prior notice.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Some of our services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing to one of our paid plans:

  • You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription tier;
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled;
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings;
  • All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy below.

Subscription fees are subject to change with 30 days prior notice.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
  • All activities that occur under your account;
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account;
  • Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any illegal purposes, to violate any laws in your jurisdiction, or to transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious content. We reserve the right to terminate service for violations of these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by llmarifa and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you submit to our platform.

8. Payment Processing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. For questions regarding your payment, billing, or subscriptions, please contact Paddle's support team directly or reach out to us and we will assist you.

9. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and services, we generally do not offer refunds once you have accessed or used our service. However, we understand that circumstances vary, so we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at help@llmarifa.co with your reason, and we will review your request. As your Merchant of Record, Paddle.com handles all refund transactions and will process approved refunds according to their policies.

For subscription cancellations, you may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will prevent future billing but does not trigger a refund for the current billing period.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall llmarifa or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Your use of our services is at your sole risk. We provide our services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which llmarifa operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
